Your information (name, email, phone number, shipping address, etc.) will never be shared with anyone; it stays with us.

Autographed book orders are shipped within 7-10 business days, and delivery time depends on your location.  A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the package is on its way.

Personalized book sales are final and not returnable because they are personalized. However, if you receive a damaged book in the mail, simply reply to the message you got with the order and shipping confirmation, and a replacement copy will be sent to you right away. If the email address you entered with your order was incorrect, we have no way to reach you.

You can cancel an already-scheduled One-on-One Session at any point until the day before it is scheduled for a 96% refund (credit card processing fees are nonrefundable), or you may reschedule at no additional cost.

Our website and app are hosted on Wix.com, and payments are processed using Square, both of which only collect and store information that you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way. When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only. In addition, Wix has the technology to collect the Internet protocol (IP) address you use to connect your computer to the Internet, software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We will only contact you to notify you of new releases or upcoming events, and to send you updates about your orders, if any. For these purposes, we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
