San Luis Obispo Mindfulness Discussion Circle

Park anywhere that isn't painted red without blocking anyone's driveway, or park on the street and walk to the clubhouse entrance on Prado Road. Chairs ARE available, but they are not super comfortable, so either bring a cushion to put on the seat, or bring your own beach chair when you join our free in-person discussion circle with Timber Hawkeye, bestselling author of Buddhist Boot Camp, Faithfully Religionless, and The Opposite of Namaste. We unpack the benefits of mindfully living at peace with the world (both within and around us). This event is free for all, and everyone is welcome.

We start with just three minutes of sitting quietly to settle into the space, so if you arrive late and see a room full of people sitting in silence, that's what's going on. It's only three minutes, so just wait for the bell to chime and then join us.
